It all starts with your goals, current lifestyle and habits. Assessments using a scientifically validated, cognitive test are performed on-line. That information generates a plan with time-steps. We help you apply those key strategies to your situation.

On-line conferencing is used to review test results and generate an interactive improvement plan with the client.

Testing again at 8-12 weeks with a follow up session to measure progress and tweak your program.
