The Program

Each application section uses the personal paced learning system, where you learn basic principles, aid in approving and tweaking your action plan, then apply the plan.

Prior to your phone or zoom meeting, you will take a short assessment for that module. During the discussion, you will be presented with the essential information about the section and concepts, as well as your scores/rating.

An initial action plan will be presented for your review and approval. With any tweaks or modifications, that will be sent to you for implementation. Generally, this is just one or two steps/tasks in that subject domain. We then check in periodically to discuss progress and tweak the plan if needed.

This same schedule is followed for every module. 30 years of educational research has demonstrated this approach produces superior knowledge and application by the participant and better individualized habits for people over 50.
